Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky. Pay is based on years of licensure. Redbanks offers 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
Benefits include:
$3 weekend shift differential, $3 shift differential for night shift, 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, Christmas bonus and tuition reimbursement. We are currently offering $4000 sign-on-bonus. These bonuses are paid out in 30, 60, and 90 days. We have recently changed our wage scale for Registered Nurses.
Position Summary:
The Unit Manager is primarily responsible for the quality delivery of care to residents on a unit. This position is also responsible to coordinate and direct the work of all nursing personnel on a given unit to ensure optimal, life-changing care 24 hours per day. The Unit Manager is also the primary point person for resident/family relations, coordination of care from other professional disciplines, and advocacy for the resident and his/her goals of care.
