Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care planning Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care Conduct rounds to ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards Manage and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical records, incident reports, and quality metrics Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Participate in patient-family conferences and consults with physicians and other healthcare professionals About the
