This role ensures employees receive ongoing education, competency validation, and professional development to support quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and facilitate staff orientation, annual education, and ongoing training programs Monitor and maintain employee education records, certifications, and competency requirements Assist with regulatory compliance related to education, training, and staff development standards Support performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities Collaborate with department leaders to identify educational needs and implement training solutions Provide leadership, coaching, and support to staff members Assist with policy and procedure updates and staff communication initiatives Coordinate CPR, safety training, and other mandatory education programs Maintain training schedules, reports, and documentation Perform other managerial and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership, education, or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of regulatory standards, staff development, and healthcare compliance Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in behavioral health or hospital setting preferred Current licensure or certification applicable to discipline preferred Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment
