RN Evening Supervisor Responsibilities 11a-7pm As the RN Evening Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the quality and continuity of care for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving shift report and reviewing communication systems for updates or unusual occurrences from previous shifts Assigning Nursing Assistants and designated staff to ensure resident care needs are met throughout the shift Providing clear reports and guidance to Nursing Assistants Making routine rounds on assigned units and intervening when necessary to address resident needs Remaining attentive to the overall needs of the unit while completing nursing responsibilities Preparing and administering medications as ordered and ensuring timely medication reorders Assessing and documenting medication-related issues according to facility policy Performing and overseeing treatments as ordered Assessing and documenting skin conditions and treatment areas in detail Preparing weekly skin reports for the Director of Nursing Communicating with physicians regarding treatment areas not responding to care in a timely manner Supervising, guiding, and supporting staff to maintain quality care standards

Pay:

$34.50 - $38.00 per hour
