Job Description

Inspire PDHC is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to help lead a new pediatric day health center serving medically fragile children and their families. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a mission-driven program from the ground up while working in a supportive, relationship-focused environment. This role combines clinical leadership and facility oversight, with strong owner involvement and onsite operational support during the startup and transition period. The goal is to build a collaborative, sustainable culture. This position may be a great fit for nurses with experience in: Pediatrics Pediatric home health
PICU/NICU
School nursing Medically fragile children Case management Clinical leadership or supervisory roles We welcome candidates who are ready to grow into leadership and want meaningful, long-term impact in the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing clinical operations and nursing services Supporting quality care and regulatory compliance Supervising nursing staff and assisting with team development Collaborating with families, providers, and interdisciplinary partners Helping establish workflows, culture, and best practices in a new facility Supporting a safe, positive, child-centered environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Active RN license in Louisiana Experience working with pediatric or medically complex patients Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a growing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervisory or nurse leadership experience Experience with pediatric long-term care, home health, PDHC, or medically fragile populations Experience with trach/vent, feeding tubes, or complex care coordination
