Job Description

Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a multi-site, mission-driven non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to residents throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program. GLFHC is currently seeking a Clinician NP Site Manager to provide on-site clinical leadership and operational support at one of our medical sites. This role works closely with the Medical Site Director and Site Operations Manager to ensure effective coordination of clinical services, support staff, and overall site operations. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Provide on-site clinical leadership and support to ensure smooth daily operations and appropriate patient care coverage
  • Partner with Medical Site Director and Site Operations Manager to coordinate workflows and address site needs
  • Serve as a liaison between clinicians, leadership, and operational teams to support communication and problem-solving
  • Act as first-line clinical support, addressing concerns and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and ensuring adequate clinical coverage
  • Support administrative functions including meeting coordination, documentation, and communication tracking
  • Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and information retrieval
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and organizational initiatives as required
  • Support performance improvement efforts aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide backup support to Site Operations Manager as needed
  • Travel between sites as required
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
