At Westover Job Corps Center, we're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to serve as our Health & Wellness Manager —a leadership role that blends clinical expertise with mentorship, prevention, and whole-person care. About Job Corps Job Corps is a federally funded program through the U.S. Department of Labor that provides education, career training, and life skills to young adults ages 16-24. Our mission is to empower students to become independent, successful members of the workforce and their communities. At Westover, you'll be part of a team that believes healthcare is foundational to student success. Why This Role is Different This is not a hospital floor position. Instead, think of it as a hybrid of school nursing, public health, and program leadership : Predictable schedule with strong work-life balance Focus on preventative care, wellness education, and case management Opportunity to build relationships with students over time Leadership role overseeing the center's Health & Wellness program Collaborative, mission-driven environment—not shift-based patient turnover You'll have the time and space to truly support individuals—not just treat symptoms.
