Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join our team at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton, a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for the 24-hour coordination and management of resident care activities, unit operations, and nursing personnel on a designated nursing unit or shift. Can be an LPN or RN. $41 an hour if a LPN, $45 if an RN.

Job Summary:

As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will: Serve as a resource to staff in clinical and managerial decision-making, delegating responsibilities to staff Assist in developing methods of coordination of nursing services with other resident care services to ensure the continuity of the resident's total regimen of care Participate in inspections (surveys) made by authorized government agencies Participate in and assure appropriate assessment of residents, validating nursing staff's clinical decisions

Requirements:

Must possess an active and unencumbered LPN or RN license in Massachusetts Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; CPR certification required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Leadership and supervisory ability, with the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel •Employment conditions apply
