Salary:
$90,000 - $100,000/year depending on experience
Bonus:
$10,000 sign-on bonus

Full-Time The Opportunity Join a collaborative home health leadership team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care while supporting clinical staff development and operational excellence. The Patient Care Manager serves as a key clinical leader, overseeing patient care coordination, supervising nursing and clinical teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a culture focused on safety, quality, and patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting both patients and clinicians through strong leadership, communication, and clinical expertise. Pay Details:
