We're hiring a full-time LPN Supervisor to oversee our nursing team and ensure we're providing high-quality patient care. Your base pay ranges from $45 - $48/hour , based on experience. There's a $9 evening differential, a $10 weekend differential, and also $1/hr more if you successfully complete an IV Care Certification! REQUIREMENTS
Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing Supervisory experience and ability to serve as a role model Ability to perform nursing assessments, triage emergencies, and assist with medical treatments Ability to review and interpret incident reports, lab results, X-rays, and other evaluation reports Computer proficiency Knowledge of relevant safety policies, client confidentiality regulations, and protocols for reporting suspected child abuse or neglect You need to have strong collaboration, interpersonal, and English communication skills. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and cultural understanding are also must-haves.
DAY-TO-DAY
You work Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm with weekends and holidays as needed. As our LPN Supervisor, you work within a dynamic environment, coordinate patient care, and help oversee our nursing department. Under the guidance of our Director of Nursing, you supervise building staff, review documentation for accuracy, and help train new employees. You also help with medication administration and other treatment services, ensuring every resident receives the high-quality care they deserve. Attentively, you maintain communication between residents and providers, update schedules, and represent our department at important meetings. Your efforts make a profound impact on our residents' health and well-being!
