Schedules Available (Full-Time) 3p-11p What You'll Do Provide high-quality direct patient care while serving as a clinical leader on the unit Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure adherence to care standards and policies Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and progress Lead, mentor, and support CNAs and nursing staff Serve as a resource and point of contact for clinical decision-making Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Communicate effectively with residents and families to support individualized care plans What We're Looking For Current Nurse (RN or LPN) license in Massachusetts Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or charge/lead nurse role preferred Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and organizational skills Ability to motivate, guide, and support a nursing team Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented professional What We Offer Competitive wages plus shift differentials Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive management and a true family-like culture Opportunities for leadership development and career advancement Ready to Make a Difference?
