RN/LPN Resident Care Manager

Full Time RN:

$35-$42.66/Hour, pay based on experience

LPN:

$30- $36.57 Rosewood Manor Rest Home is a small, 27 bed, home-like facility looking to add a Resident Care Manager to our team. In this role, the Resident Care Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the nursing unit to ensure optimal delivery of quality care within established standards and regulations. The Resident Care Manager will plan, organize, evaluate and deliver quality quality care to each resident on the unit by initiating and coordinating the comprehensive interdisciplinary care plan. Rosewood Manor is licensed as a Level IV Rest Home, our residents do not have IV's, feeding tubes or skilled needs. A minimum of two (2) years' full-time work experience in an acute care or long-term care facility is desired. One year supervisory experience preferred. Experience caring for residents with cognitive impairment preferred.
