What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing staff during the 3-11 shift. Ensure the highest quality of care and safety for our residents. Foster a positive, professional work culture within your team. Requirements Active RN or LPN License (Massachusetts). Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred. A passion for mentoring staff and providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
