• Supportive, mission-driven culture Position Overview The RN House Supervisor serves as the clinical and operational leader during assigned shifts , ensuring safe staffing levels, quality patient care, and smooth hospital operations.

This role provides leadership support across behavioral health units and acts as the administrative representative when senior leadership is not onsite. Our hospital serves child (5-17), adult, geriatric, and forensic behavioral health populations . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and hospital operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure appropriate staffing and patient coverage across units
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff
• Respond to patient care needs and assist with admissions or intake when needed
• Support staff development, coaching, and performance management
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, CMS, state regulations)
• Assist with scheduling, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination
• Perform direct patient care duties as needed Qualifications Education
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred Licensure
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Massachusetts Certifications
• BLS (CPR)
• Required upon hire
• CPI / Handle With Care
• Preferred
• ACLS
• Preferred Experience
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
