Evening Nurse Supervisor

Full-time Evening RN Supervisor position available at a skilled nursing facility in the North Andover/ Lawrence, MA area.

Range:

$79,040.00 - $114,400.00 per year

RN Evening Supervisor Responsibilities:

Leading team of nurses and CNAs to provide quality care within the facility during the evening shift Managing patient and family concerns Assisting in covering medication carts as needed Ensuring proper documentation is completed while on-shift

RN Evening Supervisor Qualifications:

RN licensure in Massachusetts Prior experience supervising required; prior experience as a supervisor in long-term care is a plus Ability to supervise multiple staff members on facility units Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
