RN/LPN MDS

Coordinator to join our team full time, for a 40 hr position . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in MDS coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the MDS process to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and care plans.

Qualifications:

Must have current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts. Proven experience with MDS coordination in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This is an onsite position only
