Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Services Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our hospice program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to a team of healthcare professionals. Compensation based on experience $120,000
  • $125,000 per year
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice or palliative care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide leadership and supervision to the clinical team, including nurses, aides, and social workers Evaluate and assess patient care plans to ensure quality and appropriateness of services Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in hospice care
