  • $90,000/year (DOE) Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a full-time RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing leadership team.
This role combines clinical oversight, staff support, and resident advocacy. The Unit Manager is responsible for helping ensure quality care, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting nursing staff on a daily basis. Primary Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations for an assigned unit Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Complete assessments and required documentation Review and update resident care plans Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Conduct wound rounds and monitor treatment plans Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license Long-term care experience preferred Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to quality resident care Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Supportive team environment This is a direct hire position-we are not an agency.
