Position summary As the Supervisor of Health Services, you will lead a dedicated clinical team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to adult day health participants. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while developing your leadership skills and advancing your nursing career. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff Qualifications Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license Bilingual in Spanish and English Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting Why Join Our Team?
