Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to ensure that nursing services are consistently delivered in alignment with established policies and procedures. This role involves collaborating with the management team to provide high-quality services across all programs while overseeing both licensed and unlicensed personnel. Key Responsibilities Ensure nursing services comply with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies. Gather and provide clinical information for insurance authorizations and manage appeals. Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Qualifications Active LPN or RN License. 2 years of experience in Substance Abuse Disorder or a related field. CPR certification within 90 days of hire is required. Skills Clinical Leadership

Schedule/Shift Flex Schedule:

Opportunities available for first and second shifts, as well as doubles. Potential schedules include Thursday

• Friday with rotating weekends, Tuesday
• Friday with rotating weekends, and Monday
• Friday for first or second shift.
