  • all peri-operative areas
  • : pre-op, OR, PACU + Drive
  • clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
  • + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing leadership
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Oversee staffing, resources, and equipment for safe peri-op care + Lead quality & performance improvement initiatives + Foster positive work environment & staff development + Manage budgets & support cost-effective care + Partner with physician & nursing leadership on unit planning
  • Qualifications
  • + Active RN license in Massachusetts + 5+ years of peri-operative or related nursing experience + Leadership experience preferred
