Nurse Manager - Endoscopy Center Nurse Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our expanding Endoscopy Center in Woburn, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about engaging teams, driving meaningful change, and delivering high-quality, safe patient care. Position Summary Reporting directly to the Surgical Services ACNO, the Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes, staff engagement, and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires colleagues, builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships, and fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support nursing teams through our outpatient facility
  • Promote a culture of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care
  • Engage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve professional growth and retention
  • Drive change initiatives that improve workflows, efficiency, and clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and best practices
  • Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics effectively Qualifications
  • Active RN license (BSN required; MSN preferred)
  • Certification preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire
  • Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager with proven leadership skills
  • Strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build efficiencies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Pay Range:
$145,000.00 USD - $205,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
