This leader will supervise clinical staff, support quality and compliance initiatives, strengthen referral relationships, and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion. Essential Responsibilities Clinical Operations & Patient Care Oversee coordination and delivery of hospice services across all care settings Ensure timely response to referrals, admissions, and patient care needs Monitor implementation and revision of individualized plans of care Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Leadership & Staff Development Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain high-performing hospice professionals Conduct supervisory visits, performance evaluations, and competency assessments Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Quality & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Massachusetts regulations, and accreditation standards Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Monitor quality metrics and survey readiness
Qualifications Required:
Current MA RN License Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and regulatory requirements
Preferred:
