Job Description

Healthcare Director (Delegating RN preferred) 12000 Traditions Boulevard, Bowie, MD 20720 Full-time Full-time Harmony Senior Services , a certified Great Place To Work and one the country's fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking an Healthcare Director to join the leadership team at its Harmony at Enterprise community. This community features Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care resident settings and is an employer of choice in an area known for its rich history and culture. As the Healthcare Director , you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services plans and monitor to ensure that they meet and service and health needs of the residents and promote wellness. Areas of focus will be directing the nurses and certified nursing assistants within the community to maintain a high standard of care; communicating in a professional manner and representing the Community in a positive way with the medical community, family members, and residents; and maintaining regulatory compliance for the Community.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Three (3) years of senior living clinical leadership experience
  • Documentation of successful completion of the mandatory Maryland Board of Nursing Delegating Nurse course preferred
