Job Description

At Mallard Nursing and Rehab , the pace is quick and the work is dynamic. It's a place where professionals grow by staying flexible, thinking critically, and supporting one another to improve the patient experience. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee building operations during off-hours coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends. In this role, you are the clinical and operational lead for the building, responsible for nursing oversight, staff supervision, decision-making, and ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality resident care when administrative leadership is not on-site. You will serve as the point person for staff support, clinical issues, and urgent situations, ensuring the building always runs smoothly.
Schedule:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM This is a leadership role for an RN who is confident, accountable, and comfortable being in charge.
Registered Nurse Requirements & Responsibilities:
Current Registered Nurse License Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered, which is outcome-focused through the utilization of the nursing process Registered Nurse (RN)
