Full Time Leads nursing operations within the designated care setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Provides direct patient care, guides and mentors the staff, and partners with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Ensures compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based best practices. Serves as a clinical role model in all interactions with patients, family, visitors, providers, and other staff members.

Salary Range:

Minimum 47.96/hour - Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
