Nurse Manager About The Role:

Amazing practice is seeking a Nurse Manager for their Ambulatory Surgery Center. Full time position Monday-Friday no weekends. Base salary plus full benefits package. To support our managed practices to provide excellent vision care to patients, treating the whole person with genuine empathy and kindness. The practice supports skilled eye care practitioners in implementing the latest operational and surgical advancements and techniques. Nurse manager must demonstrate clinical expertise in pre- and post-op ambulatory surgical nursing. Also, candidate must have a valid RN license, equivalent of 2 years clinical expertise in OR, Critical Care, or ambulatory care nursing, and at least 1 year of supervisory level experience.

Duties include:

Establishes and maintains an environment that promotes and supports professional practice. Determines that approved standards of patient care and nursing practice are utilized in all areas providing nursing care. Nursing and medical team operational process Serves as a role model in leadership abilities, applications of principles of teaching, management, and effective communication.
