Assistant Clinical Manager, RN Brook Lane Psych Facility Hagerstown, MD Full-Time | Night Shift 3-12 $76,481.60 to $109,844.80 (1 yr to 20+) Join our Brook Lane team as an Assistant Clinical Manager! We offer four specialized units—Pediatrics, Adults, Psychosis, and Crisis—each supported by a strong, collaborative culture. This is an excellent opportunity to provide clinical leadership in the day-to-day operations of the unit.

Your Role:

As an Assistant Clinical Manager (RN), you'll play a key role in providing high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive, structured environment.

Responsibilities include:

Support daily unit operations and act as a leader on off shifts or when the Clinical Manager is unavailable. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other departments to enhance patient care and team performance. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations. Assist in quality and safety initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Need:

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience (5 years preferred). Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred. Current RN license in Maryland, or compact license with multi-state privilege. BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other unit-specific certifications within 6 months. Why Meritus?
