Pay Rate
- $40
- $45 per hour (based on experience)

- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote best practices and teamwork
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes in status, and oversee documentation
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive work environment Qualifications Schedule & Availability
- Part-Time Hours
- 7:00 AM
- 3:30 PM
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday) Requirements
- Active ed Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
- Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
