Salary Disclosure Statement The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift Duties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care Works predominately with an adult geriatric population Serves as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective and efficient nursing care. Supervises clinical aspects of nursing. Manages day to day operations of Nursing Department Interfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations.
