Holy Cross Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations on the day shift. This role is ideal for a strong ED nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about patient care, and enjoys mentoring teams while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Full-time 36-hour day position Serve as the clinical leader for the Emergency Department during day shift Oversee staffing, patient flow, and daily operations Assign and supervise nursing and support staff Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards Support quality improvement, patient safety, and care delivery initiatives Provide real-time problem-solving and decision-making for patient care issues Participate in staff development, orientation, and performance coaching Promote a culture of service excellence and teamwork Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing 5+ years of RN experience in an Emergency Department Current Maryland RN license and/or Compact State licensure BLS certification (required) Skills Proven leadership and supervisory experience in Emergency Nursing Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Pay rate: $39.47- $61.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
