PM Hours:
42.5 Hours/Week | 40 Hour Guarantee 5 Days per Week We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to oversee nursing operations in a long-term care setting. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating patient care, supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and maintaining quality care delivery during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities on assigned shift Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards Oversee nursing staff performance and provide guidance as needed Monitor patient conditions and ensure timely escalation of concerns Support care planning and interdisciplinary communication Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulations Review and support accurate clinical documentation and reporting Assist with staffing coordination and shift coverage needs Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic care environment Ensure proper communication between nursing teams and management Monitor infection control, safety, and quality assurance practices
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills required Ability to manage multiple staff and patient care priorities required Strong knowledge of nursing standards, safety, and compliance regulations required Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment required Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration required
Preferred:
