Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN Unit Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure quality resident care, supervise nursing staff, and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Maine (or compact license, if applicable) Previous LTC and Unit Manager experience preferred Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills Experience with care planning, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
