- 2 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of nurse leadership experience or supervisory experience
- ACLS

ADN OR BSN STATE OF LICENSURE
- Active Maine or Compact license
Job Summary:
- Manages RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, assigns duties, and provides guidance and support.
- Monitors residents' care plans, treatments, and outcomes to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensures the unit follows healthcare regulations, facility policies, and safety standards. . Works with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to meet patients' needs.
- Manages staffing schedules, documentation, audits, admissions/discharges, and performance evaluations.
