Required:
Certification Required:
BLS/CPR License Required:
Active Nursing License 1-2 years of Management experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
Delegated staff nurse duties Manage and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality patient care Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure patient safety Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance management within the unit Provided training and supervision on a LTC unit For any queries feel free to contact me This is a quick offer!
