Job Description
Nurse Manager (RN) Job Summary The Cedars is a nationally recognized, non-profit senior living community providing a full continuum of care across a 102-resident, three-neighborhood campus at our Hoffman Center.
Compensation:
Up to $51/hour ($104,000+ annually for qualified candidates) + $7,500 sign-on bonus We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a 30-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhood within a stable, structured, and well-supported clinical environment. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who values consistent staffing, defined leadership scope, and the ability to focus on quality care and team development. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation Leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, or nurse management role) Strong communication, organizational, and clinical leadership skills Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Commitment to high-quality resident-centered carePreferred:
