Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily dietary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and distribution Supervise and train dietary staff, ensuring optimal performance and morale Develop and implement dietary policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care and nutrition support Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and nutritional assessments Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction, safety, and confidentiality
Requirements:
