Flatrock provides compassionate adult foster care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through licensed homes across Michigan. Our facilities offer a safe, supportive environment with 24/7 staffing, ensuring personalized behavioral health support, therapy, and wellness programming tailored to residents' needs. Role Description As our Medical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical care and daily health needs of residents in our Adult Foster Care homes. You'll lead and support direct care staff, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, and champion a culture of person-centered care.
