Eligible Employees What You'll Do:

Lead and support CNAs/LPNs during your shift Coordinate and oversee resident care delivery Perform assessments and respond to changes in resident condition Administer medications and treatments Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical coordination Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation Serve as a mentor, coach, and leader to floor staff

What We're Looking For:

Active Michigan RN License Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred Leadership or Charge Experience Preferred Strong Clinical Judgment & Assessment Skills Positive Attitude and Team-First Mentality Passion for Caring for
