Job Overview:
Community Home and Health Services is seeking a dedicated Group Home Supervisor to oversee the operations and care services at one of our co-ed, six bed, Adult Foster Care homes. The Group Home Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers, ensuring they provide exceptional care to residents
- Implement care plans for residents
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate and coordinate with families, guardians, and healthcare professionals to meet the needs of residents
- Oversee and assist in the daily operations of the home, including scheduling, attending appointments, providing personal care, going on community activities, and maintaining compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Experience in medication administration, personal care, and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
