We are seeking an experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead, support, and develop our talented staff; oversee four operating rooms and two procedure rooms; and advance our growing service lines, including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, ENT, and urology.

In this key leadership role, you will strengthen departmental processes, champion clinical excellence, and foster a culture where patients and team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver their best.

Lead and support a team committed to deliver exceptional, efficient, and patient‑centered care.

Promote inclusive and culturally sensitive care practices.

Ensure patient care delivery aligns with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
