Job Description

Description Join AdvisaCare as a Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager! We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health Clinical team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this full-time role, you will oversee clinical staff education, training, and supervision to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the clinical team, providing guidance and support. Coordinate and conduct staff education and onboarding programs. Monitor clinical visits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Perform regular field visits within the AdvisaCare service area. Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment. This role requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic healthcare setting.
