Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Clinical Operations to lead our healthcare management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical management and healthcare administration, with proven leadership skills in managing clinical services and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. As the Manager of Clinical Operations, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and uphold regulatory standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Supervise clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and high performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards, to maintain accreditation and quality assurance. Develop policies and procedures that support best practices in medical management and healthcare management. Qualifications Extensive experience in healthcare management with a focus on medical management and clinical operations.
