Team oversight. Quality focus. Join The Care Team as a Clinical Manager and lead a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care to patients and families. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to support clinical operations, mentor and guide staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and help drive excellence across our hospice team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field clinical staff Review documentation, plans of care, and physician orders Support IDT processes and care coordination Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards Support staff education and performance development Assist with survey readiness and quality initiatives Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Hospice clinical experience preferred Hospice leadership or supervisory experience preferred Field Role Requirements Active driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy Current CPR certification as required for the role
