Scheurer Specialty Clinics Clinic RN Manager-Specialty Clinics Full Time Salary Position Full Benefits Scheurer is seeking a Clinic RN Manager to join our clinic leadership team. Responsibilities Developing and leading staff. Working in conjunction with physicians. Analyzing and coordinating clinic operations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. Development of and adherence to policy and procedures. Daily operations within assigned Scheurer Specialty Clinics. Manages the integration of new clinical services, training, and medical equipment. The Clinic RN Manager also serves as a clinical resource to all levels of clinical staff, including: Teaching abilities to promote optimum orientation and continuing education of staff. Collaborates with clinical staff in the planning and delivery of patient care to age and need specific patient populations. Proposes changes on standards to evaluate clinical care effectiveness and introduces innovative practices and techniques. Evaluates and provides for the educational needs of the patient, family and clinical staff. Consults with clinical staff and physicians on patient related problems, providing recommendations and assisting in their resolution.
