Program Administrator Basic Job Duties:
Directs the clinical activities of the agency to assure that services are provided at quality levels consistent with professional standards, applicable external regulations, laws and accountability for all patient care activities and staff.
Requirements:
A minimum of two year of experience as a Registered Nurse working in a Hospice Program. A BSN or BA degree. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing eligible to work in the state of Michigan. Positive, interpersonal skills. A thorough understanding of confidentiality, HIPAA, CHAP and Medicare requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years managing a Medicare-certified Hospice/home care agency and a Master's degree preferred. Recent supervisory experience with a documented successful management skills-set. Demonstrated knowledge of health services and external regulations.
