We are a skilled nursing facility and Trumbull County's only veteran-focused provider , and we're seeking a Unit Manager (LPN) to lead our evening team with compassion and excellence.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the unit during evening hours Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with state and facility standards Provide hands-on nursing care as needed
