Registered Nurse Manager - $5,000 bonus

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team with enthusiasm and expertise. The RN Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and foster a collaborative team environment. Duties Supervise, teach, mentor and coordinate nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care across all departments. Oversee clinical documentation and provide clinical resident care follow-up using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as PCC (Point Click Care). Conduct comprehensive resident assessments during admissions and change of conditions while using critical thinking skills. Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding and sterile processing protocols. Ensure adherence to infection control practices and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff. Lead discharge planning efforts in collaboration with case management teams to ensure seamless transitions for residents moving between levels of care or facilities. Experience Demonstrated supervisory skills overseeing multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings. Hands-on experience with EMR systems like PCC Strong background in geriatrics, dementia care (including Alzheimer's/memory care), behavioral health Certification in basic life support (BLS) and infection control practices are essential for success in this role. This job is an exempt position and is paid on a salary. RN Nurse Managers will need to take call rotation for nurse coverage.

Pay:

$40.00 - $46.00 per hour
