RN Nurse Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of primary care, and the ability to manage nursing operations effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in alignment with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular assessments of patient care practices, ensuring adherence to standards. Oversee medical records management and ensure accurate documentation of patient information. Provide training and support for nursing staff in areas such as specimen collection processing, catheterization, and gastric lavage. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and promote occupational health initiatives. Manage staffing schedules and assist with recruitment efforts for nursing personnel. Address patient concerns and provide guidance on infant care when necessary. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with relevant experience in assisted living or primary care settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical procedures related to nursing practices. Experience in managing medical records and familiarity with healthcare compliance standards. Ability to perform essential nursing tasks including specimen collection processing, catheterization, and gastric lavage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Home Management is a must.
