  • Clinical Reimbursement coordinators make a tremendous difference in the quality of life of our residents by ensuring safety and needs are being met in all aspects of care.
As a LPN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, you will manage the resident's MDS/RAI care plan from admission to discharge. Responsibilities The LPN ensures all Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed on the MDS item sets. The LPN assists in completion of Benedictine Patient Driver Payment Model (PDPM) worksheets to evaluate for completion of Interim Payment Assessments under PDPM. Qualifications LPN in good standing with the board of nursing. Experience in working with MDS, Medicare, assessment, and care planning processes. Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities. Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MatrixCare. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
